Throughout her career, which spans over two decades, Natosha has been tasked with making sure all the trains run on time. Ensuring that staff and clients have a great experience is what she is most passionate about, and working at Alliance is where she knows she can best fulfill that enthusiasm for superior service.

Natosha started her love for numbers and problem-solving at Colonial Hills Elementary in Houston, TX. Always wanting to enjoy her job, Natosha quickly decided payroll was where the fun was, not forensic science. After receiving her Payroll Professional Certification in 2000, she knew she would be in payroll forever. When she’s not working, Natosha spends her time transporting her kids around – basketball, band, school volunteering, horror movies, and balloon event decorating keep her busy and bring her much joy.
