Time and Attendance

Need a new timekeeping system? Our simple, web-based time and attendance package allows employees to clock-in using a time clock, kiosk or personal computer. Thanks to Alliance’s seamless integration, our system allows you to eliminate errors and reduce the effort it takes to run payroll.

Employees can “punch” in and out online from their Alliance Employee Self-Service account or with an onsight terminal. Supervisors can manage time-cards online without having access to sensitive payroll data, and the hours seamlessly integrate into Alliance payroll batches.

Want to keep your existing timekeeping system? We understand that you may already have an employee timekeeping system that works perfectly for your business. Lucky for you, the Alliance software is designed to accept payroll imports from most timekeeping systems. Simply supply us with your current timekeeping payroll import file and our team will map the data for use with our system.

Employees clocking in/out on a Point of Sale (POS) system? No problem! Alliance supports thousands of locations where employee time is managed on a POS system. Our team is very experienced at mapping POS time files to our system. We can even create custom POS imports that allow your payroll team to do multiple imports, which helps larger organizations process payroll more efficiently than doing one file per pay period.

Time-Off Accrual

The powerful scheduling engine sorts through employees based on predefined criteria — availability, preference, skills, certifications, seniority, company policies, union rules, labor laws, and more — and assigns the right person to each position. You can choose to fill shifts manually, as well. Our system will also notify you when scheduling actions violate established rules, enabling you to make immediate changes and stay in compliance.
