
We task our managers all the time to‚ go get talent, and they would have to log in to Indeed, they had to log in to Glassdoor, they had to log in to a payroll system and then execute payroll on Monday – and one of the reasons we switched/went to Alliance is we could do all of that in one. Managers can log into one place, they can review their applicants, they can see where applications are coming from within the very popular applicant portals, they can onboard them, and then they can get them paid. And that’s something that’s very attractive to a restaurant manager who has a lot to do in their day. So, Alliance provided a means in a couple of minutes to do what used to take 20 or 30 minutes per team member to get them on our team.
