Most of our services are billed PEPM (per employee/per month), so the price of our solution will most likely be dependent upon the size of your company. There is no charge per user in the Alliance Software Suite, however.

Other things we don’t charge for:

  • New client set-up (we think charging for this is a detriment to the start of a great relationship)
  • YTD conversion of wages (same reason as #1)
  • Check signing
  • Envelope stuffing
  • The Alliance Report Writer tool
  • Pre-processing reports
  • Prior year module
  • Ongoing software license fees

Being a responsible protector of employee data is a mission critical operation at Alliance. To help ensure we are taking all necessary measures to protect data, we undergo an annual SSAE 16 audit. We are happy to provide you with a copy of our certification, which covers all operational systems and controls in place to protect your data.

Unlike a single sign-on system, our all-in-one online platform stores all employee information in one secure database so you can make updates in real-time across all active services, as well as eliminate errors that occur when entering, or importing data, from several different systems.

Yes, we can make all documentation available in Spanish or any other requested language. Our system currently offers 50 different languages so employees can automatically select the desired language while using the Alliance Employee Self-Service site.

No, there is no charge per user in the Alliance Software Suite.

Using Alliance allows you to digitally manage all employee data from pre-hire to retirement in one system, eliminating paper every step of the way. We can also help with government compliance, like the Affordable Care Act, and provide limitless HR support to all of our clients.

Alliance has a complete Application Protocol Interface (API) that allows clients to connect most third-party applications directly to its data. Through the Alliance API, you are able to connect to proprietary systems and training management systems.
