Randy founded Alliance in 1989 to fulfill a desire to start a successful B2B enterprise – and has enjoyed double digit revenue growth ever since. He was also the co-founder of the Independent Payroll Providers Association (ippa.net), a professional organization of independent payroll providers that has grown to nearly 300 organizations.
Randy spends his days at Alliance contacting clients to make sure they are insanely happy while trying unsuccessfully to limit his fried chicken addiction to one day a week. Taking his title of Chief Enthusiasm Officer seriously, he also loves to tell the Alliance Warriors the same jokes they have heard him tell many, many times before.
Randy is a graduate of Lucy Read Elementary School in Austin, TX where he passed the days playing sandlot football and popping wheelies on his bike. The proud dad of two grown kids, Randy enjoys spending his free time in the Texas Hill Country pretending he’s a rancher, traveling with his wife Terri, and especially spoiling his three beautiful grandchildren.
