Darrian Henderson is the Director of Human Resources at AllianceHCM, where she is responsible for the company’s people strategy, with a focus on employee experience, talent acquisition, development, performance, and leadership growth. Since joining AllianceHCM in 2021, she has worked alongside leaders and teams to create thoughtful, consistent people practices that support engagement, growth, and long-term success for both employees and the business.
Before AllianceHCM, Darrian served as a Captain in the United States Army. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and former Division I volleyball captain, she held leadership roles within the 1st Air Cavalry Brigade in the U.S. and abroad, including Operations Officer, Headquarters Platoon Leader, and Brigade Adjutant. Her experience leading diverse teams in demanding environments shaped a people-first mindset centered on developing others, building trust, and helping teams perform at their best in service of a shared mission.
