Earned wage access
ZayZoon’s Wages On-Demand product gives employees instant access to their earned but unpaid wages at no cost to the business. Once signed up, an employee can access payouts up to 50 percent of their earned wages. Employees have three ways to get their money:
Real-time bank account transfer – fixed transaction fee
Boost – employees can access their wages in the form of gift cards from major retailers, increasing their buying power up to 20 percent
ZayZoon prepaid VISA – Employees who put their direct deposit on the ZayZoon prepaid VISA pay $0.00 to access their wages early

No ongoing administration from employers
AllianceHCM’s integration with ZayZoon takes the burden of managing payroll deductions off of the employer. ZayZoon funds the payouts, and the deductions are applied to an employee’s paycheck. Therefore, no costs or administration are needed from the employer.

Free financial education
A leading financial education platform offered through leading Universities such as the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and Arizona State University (ASU) is available for free via ZayZoon. This platform gives employees a deeper understanding of their finances and even includes tools such as overdraft protection, spending insights, and interactive financial education.
