Do you work for a company that uses AllianceHCM? If the answer is yes, then you’ve come to the right place to find help with pay history, tax documents, passwords, and more.

We have a variety of employee support resources to help you navigate MyPay, our app for employees, as well as find answers to common questions. Take a look at the resources here, and reach out to us through the form at the bottom of the page if you still need help.

An important note:

Unfortunately, we can’t access or share employee information with anyone other than your employer’s AllianceHCM administrator. That means our staff can’t access your accounts or your information to help you with problems. But remember, you can always reach out to your company’s AllianceHCM administrator–even if you don’t work there anymore–for help!

Here are some of the most frequently asked questions from employees:

MyPay is the employee portal from AllianceHCM. It’s available both as an app on your smartphone as well as a website that you can access from anywhere, and it’s where you can do things like receive communications from your company, see your pay stubs, request time off, and more.

If you’re logging into MyPay for the first time, your employer should give you the login information. If they emailed it, be sure to check all your email folders — including spam! — to find the email. Please contact your administrator or speak with your direct manager if you still can’t find the information or are having problems.

Your password may be disabled if you haven’t used MyPay in more than six months. Regardless of the reason, if your password isn’t working, try reaching out to these co-workers: your manager, payroll manager, or human resources department.

Your company may decide how they will deliver W-2s to employees, but you can also find information in MyPay.

First, log into MyPay and then look in the menu for More. Then you can look under the Documents section to choose how you want your W-2 and other year-end tax documents to be delivered. You can also find the documents here once they’re available.

You’ll also be able to find the documents in MyPay in the More menu and under Pay.

Your company may use something like SwipeClock or another system for scheduling and time off. Ask your employer if you aren’t sure or if you can’t request time off in MyPay.
